Twenty two curators of corporate art collections, members of the International Association of Corporate Collections of Contemporary Art (IACCCA), met in Luxembourg for the first time on 19 and 20 April at the invitation of the EIB. They reflected on the responsibilities and future of corporate collections with a view to fostering adequate and innovative practices in collecting. The general assembly was held at Arendt & Medernach, who recently joined IACCCA, as the second Luxembourg-based member. A comprehensive programme included presentations of case studies and best practice, visits to local and regional cultural institutions, and an event to mark the tenth anniversary of the Association, in the presence of museum directors, heads of cultural institutions and researchers in the artistic field.

The EIB has been a member of IACCCA since 2009.
