Fulceri Bruni Roccia is the new Head of Knowledge activities at the EIB Institute.
A senior lawyer, Fulceri joined the EIB in 1997 after having worked for eight years for the IRI Group.
At the EIB, Fulceri worked for the Legal Directorate before becoming advisor to the Italian Deputy Minister for Economy and Finance (2002-2004). Upon his return to the EIB’s Legal Directorate he served as Deputy Head of Division for Italy, South East Europe and Turkey (2004-2010) before moving to the Compliance Directorate.
Since 2010, he has been a visiting professor on Law, EU Policies and Global Political Economy at the University of Bologna’s Department of Political and Social Sciences.
