The EIB Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sciences Po, France’s leading university for social sciences.
This is the first partnership of this kind with a French university, extending the existing cooperation between the two institutions in the fields of teaching, research, training and joint institutional initiatives.
EIB Vice-President Philippe de Fontaine-Vive and Frédéric Mion, Director of Sciences Po, signed the text on 30 January 2015 at Sciences Po in Paris. Philippe de Fontaine-Vive then delivered a lecture to the students about the EIB and the plans to relaunch investment and growth in Europe in the framework of the Juncker plan.
This is a new example of cooperation between the EIB Group and universities, led and managed by the EIB Institute.
