The second Scaling Impact Executive Programme organised by the EIB Institute, in collaboration with Católica-Lisbon SBE, took place in Portugal.
This one-week full-time executive training course for social entrepreneurs was held at the headquarters of social incubator IRIS in Amarante, Portugal, and on the campus of Católica-Lisbon.
It helped the 12 selected projects to develop a scaling plan adapted to the needs of their initiatives, fine-tune the strategy of engagement with key stakeholders, develop their marketing and communication plans, prepare an investment case for financing the plan and, finally, prepare to pitch their scaling plan to an audience of investors.
