The EIB Institute has signed a new STAREBEI research grant contract with Università degli Studi di Trieste on “Environmental sustainability of hospital buildings”. The research will last one year.
This is the fourth STAREBEI research contract signed this year following those with Luxembourg’s LIST, European University Institute and SOAS University of London.
STAREBEI (STAges de REcherche BEI-EIB research internships) is a programme that provides grants to universities in order to finance junior researchers carrying out research projects proposed by the EIB Group (EIB and EIF) under the joint supervision of a university tutor and an EIB or EIF co-tutor.
To date, 43 young researchers from 33 universities in 12 European countries have benefited from the STAREBEI programme.
