Four budding artists, out of a pool of 322 applicants, were selected for the 2019 edition of the Artists Development Programme (ADP) a  five week residency in Luxembourg mentored by Finnish artist Jorma Puranen.

Pamela Diamante (34, Italy) won the thematic focus residency on ‘Disruption: The Imprint of Man’, Mark McGuinness (27, Ireland)  won the call on “Urban Rejuvenation: Limerick as a Source of Inspiration’, Darta Sidere  (28, Latvia) and Karel Koplimets, (33, Estonia) won the geographical focus call.

The winners will participate in a five week-long residency in Luxembourg in May/June 2018. They visited Jorma Puranen in his studio in Helsinki in May.

At the end of the residency, the artists will take part in a series of events (exhibition, introduction to museums directors and collectors, and to a broader public) to present the artworks they will have produced in Luxembourg.
