The University of Sofia has become the latest university to welcome an EIB course.
On 27 February, EIB Vice-President Lilyana Pavlova opened a series of five lectures dedicated to EIB and EIF activities and covering all aspects and missions of the EIB Group. Lectures about the EIB, the European Investment Fund, the Group activities in Bulgaria, the European Fund for Strategic Investment (EFSI), the EIB as the Climate Bank will take place between February and May.
Sofia University is the oldest higher education institution in Bulgaria, founded on 1 October 1888. The course is part of a wider partnership: students from the University will also participate in the EIB Summer School.
