Social entrepreneurs have one of the most rewarding – but also draining – career paths available. In this Webinar, Kim van Niekerk shared some mindfulness tips for tackling stress and building resilience, and talked about the impact mindfulness can have on us and our work and how this is backed by scientific evidence. She introduced us to three simple and powerful techniques that train our brain to focus and deepen concentration, improve our communication skills and reduce stress. The Webinar was particularly lively with some SIT alumni sharing their experiences of the current COVID-19 crisis with the audience.
