SIT Alumni can benefit from the services of Cuora Consulting, a pro bono management consultancy whose members are talented university students and young professionals.
Cuora Consulting has two hubs: one in Milan with national and international students from Bocconi, Cattolica and Politecnico, and one in Luxembourg (initiated by Global Shapers Luxembourg) with the support of the Luxembourg School of Business.
Cuora Consulting provides services to non-profit organisations, NGOs, social enterprises and businesses that share its values. In the Milan hub, the consulting assignments typically last three to four months, but this can be adjusted depending on the complexity of the project.
Cuora Consulting offers assistance in the following areas:
- Performance analysis and balanced scorecards
- Digital strategy and social media strategy
- Key stakeholder analysis
- Market analysis
- Strategic planning and financial planning
- Fundraising and mapping with potential investors
Cuora Milan has worked with TheNewsroom, SoilSteam International, Cellugy and Angiodroid and has on-going projects with Beeodiversity, FITforKids, MyMind and SPEAK.
