The European Commission has adopted the New European Bauhaus Investment Guidelines, a tool designed to help both private and public investors align their projects with the NEB values of sustainability, inclusion, and aesthetics.

They are the result of a collaborative effort between the Commission and JASPERS (Joint Assistance to Support Projects in European Regions), an advisory programme funded by the European Commission and the European Investment Bank.

These Investment Guidelines provide investors and developers with advice, best practices and an overall framework to put the NEB into practice. This will boost investments that transform buildings, open spaces, and neighbourhoods, while maintaining our commitment to sustainability, beauty, and social values.

You can download the NEB Investment Guidelines on the dedicated webpage and click here to see the factsheet with all info in a nutshell. For the full news announcement, click here.
