Join us for our upcoming seminar on “Mobilising finance for climate change” with Jim Skea, Imperial College, London, co-chair of Intergovernmental panel on climate change (IPCC) Working Group III (“Mitigation of Climate Change”) .

In December 2015, in Paris, 195 countries adopted the first-ever universal, legally binding global climate deal.
A global action plan was set to put the world on track to avoid dangerous climate change by limiting global warming to well below 2°C.
Policymakers then asked IPCC, the leading international body for the assessment of climate change, to provide policy relevant information addressing the aims of the Agreement.
Professor Jim Skea will discuss the practical steps needed in the short- to medium-term to work towards the Paris goals.
