Trainings

The Institute organises trainings aimed at its SIT Alumni that cover topics of interest for impact businesses and help them with burning issues related to their work. These trainings are offered by renowned experts and practitioners in relevant areas. The Institute also partners with prestigious universities to offer scholarships to SIT Alumni to selected programmes.

    • A journey in transformational leadership – 2nd edition

Discover how you can lift people. It all starts and ends with you. Finding a voice of transformational leadership means understanding yourself on a level you may never have explored.

    • Strategic and financial planning programme – 2nd edition

SIT Alumni can now apply to attend the 2nd edition of the IES Strategic and Financial Planning Programme, an exclusive course organised in partnership with IES-Social Business School (IES-SBS), the first business school focused on social innovation.

    • Designing your leadership style

The EIB Institute is organising an exclusive online training programme for the SIT Alumni network on “Designing your leadership style” delivered by Kim van Niekerk, a top communication coach. The programme is not a typical leadership course. This course will not tell you what good leadership looks like. It will not roll out a textbook on “how to be a good leader.” It will help you experience what it is like being a transactional and transformational leader and explore who you are and your way of being.

    • Data science and visualisation for business

The EIB Institute and IE University are partnering again in 2022 to provide four full scholarships on the 5-week online programme on Data Science and Visualisation for Business, starting 11 May 2022.

    • Digital marketing, social media and analytics: an omnichannel strategy

The EIB Institute and IE University are partnering to offer six full scholarships on the 5-week online programme on Digital Marketing, Social Media and Analytics: An Omnichannel Strategy, starting 2 February 2022.

    • Scaling and social franchising

Do you have a great solution to a social issue? How do you do more with less? Want to know where to start with taking it to scale? This two-part e-training, delivered by Hannah Barker and Amy Cuffley from Spring Impact, and organised exclusively for the SIT Alumni Network, will show you if scale is right for your project and explore the variety of routes available to scale your impact such as social franchising.
