Scaling For Impact

To help social entrepreneurs mobilise resources and scale their impact to change the world, the EIB Institute organises annually the SIT (Social Innovation Tournament and Social Innovators and Transformers) Impact Bootcamp.

This one-week full-time executive training programme helps participants develop a scaling plan adapted to the needs of their initiatives, fine-tune the strategy of engagement with key shareholders, develop their marketing and communication plans, prepare an investment case for financing the plan, and prepare to pitch their scaling plan to an audience of investors.

It is directed at teams from initiatives/projects/ventures that have an innovative solution to a societal problem, which are already post-launch, have some degree of validation of their social innovation and are embarking on or undergoing a scaling process to maximise their societal impact.

The participants are selected from among the finalists in the EIB Institute’s SIT (Social Innovation Tournament) and other social entrepreneurs.
