The EIB Institute is committed to social entrepreneurship.

For more than 10 years our Social Innovation Tournament has supported entrepreneurs who generate a societal or an environmental impact.

With the SIT alumni we have created a vibrant community to connect all impact entrepreneurs and offer them more opportunities and more resources.

The Institute’s new strategy aims to take stock and build upon this wealth of experience and expertise to create new approaches and enhance our impact, whilst taking a more integrated approach across our initiatives.

While we are taking stock and looking for new engagement models and new strategic partnerships, we will not organise a tournament in 2024.

We will continue to support the SIT alumni, such as at Change NOW (25-26-27 March 2024 in Paris) where some of them will showcase their green tech ventures during a dedicated pitching session.
