After working as a structured finance and capital markets lawyer, Edina joined the EIB in 2009 because she wanted to contribute to building a better world. At the Bank, she has held various posts, including in the legal and the operations departments. She worked on a three-year field mission to support cross-border territorial development and infrastructure investments, as well as providing project promoters with funding advice. She also contributed to designing and setting up the European Investment Advisory Hub. In recent years, she has focused on sustainability, a field seeking creative solutions to complex challenges. Besides obtaining certification on corporate sustainability and providing advice to small companies along the way, she is a passionate lecturer on the topic.
