Impact Measurement and Management

Since 2020, inFocus has been providing Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) training to the SIT Alumni network through online courses and live webinars.

• Three e-learning courses that cover impact measurement and management topics in different levels of detail and can be completed at your own pace. The e-learning courses cover relevant topics in a fun and engaging way using videos, articles, interactive exercises and case studies. Users also have the option to join forums and tutorials to interact with experienced course tutors and other learners. Please contact dom@impactinfocus.com if you would like access to the courses for you and your team.
• Live four-week introductory webinars run by inFocus tutors, which will introduce key impact measurement and management concepts and the tools and processes needed for effective application. The webinars will start in February 2023 and you can already register here.

      Any member of your staff (including volunteers) is welcome to join.

    • One-on-one clinics. In response to requests from the network, the EIB Institute is sponsoring on-demand impact measurement and management All SIT Alumni can access remote one-on-one consultancy to receive impact measurement and management support and guidance from the inFocus team (for example, advice on developing a measurement framework, a survey or a report). To apply, please visit the dedicated webpage and fill in the short application form by 13 January at the latest. If you are not sure what kind of support will be best suited to your venture, you can have a 20-30 minute chat with inFocus team before completing the form.
