Twelve top European innovators participated in the Scaling Impact Executive Programme held by the EIB Institute in collaboration with Católica-Lisbon SBE in Portugal, which finished on Friday 24 November.

For an entire week, social entrepreneurs from eight European countries took part in a full-time executive training programme held at the headquarters of the social incubator IRIS in Amarante, Portugal, and on the campus of Católica-Lisbon.

They received advice on how to develop a scaling plan adapted to the needs of their initiatives, fine-tune their strategy of engagement with key stakeholders, develop their marketing and communication plans, prepare an investment case for financing the plan and, finally, prepare to pitch their scaling plan to an audience of investors.

The SIT Impact Bootcamp is open to finalists from all editions of the Social Innovation Tournament as well as selected social entrepreneurs, and is designed to help them mobilise resources and scale their impact to change the world.
