EIB courses have started at the University of Luxembourg and Sciences Po.
At the University of Luxembourg, the course on “Policy, assessment and evaluation of energy projects” is a series of ten lectures about the EIB project cycle, project assessment, lending criteria and project monitoring. It is part of the Master in engineering science– Energy and economic efficiency and will last until 17 April.
At Sciences Po, the course on “Infrastructure and project finance”, a series of 12 lectures, will last until 30 April at the School of Management and Innovation.
The Institute organises and coordinates courses provided by EIB Group staff on the EIB Group’s role, mission and activities. A typical course is structured over three or four sessions covering the EIB Group’s (EIB and EIF) role and strategy, financing products or project cycles.
In 2020, 71 lectures in 10 EU universities were organized including new courses at the universities of Rijeka and Sofia.
