Nikolay Karabinovych (Ukraine, 34) is an emerging artist living and travelling between Antwerp, Amsterdam, Paris and Kyiv. He feels deeply connected to the country that he studied in, but also to the country that he came from. He constantly navigates this duality in his life and work. His most recent exhibition opened in the Jewish Museum of Belgium (Brussels) in 2022. In 2017, Karabinovych was an assistant curator of the 5th Odessa Biennale. In 2018 and 2020, he was awarded the first PinchukArtCentre Award.
