The Institute, together with the EIB and the EIF, is sponsoring the 23rd MFC Annual Conference from 14 to 16 September on the theme “Social Finance Vibe: Pandemic Reboot”. Register here.
The MFC’s first-ever fully virtual networking event will tackle topics around digitalisation, green microfinance and overcoming the pandemic crisis. It offers a perfect opportunity for social finance professionals to network, share ideas, learn from an impressive line-up of guests and lay the groundwork for successful future partnerships.
Attendance is free. Please join the plenary sessions and visit the EIB booth, where several dedicated mini-events and fireside chats will be dedicated to topics such as EU funding in the new budgeting cycle, technical assistance for microfinance companies, adapting to the new normal and more.
The Microfinance Centre is a social finance network that promotes fairness, inclusion, equality and responsible service. It unites 113 organisations (including 77 microfinance institutions) across 36 countries in Europe, Central Asia and beyond, that together deliver responsible microfinance services to almost 2 million low-income clients.
The Institute complements the activities of the European Investment Bank Group (EIB and EIF) in the area of microfinance. Since 2015, the Institute has sponsored the annual European Microfinance Network Conference, the annual Microfinance Centre Conference and the European Microfinance Day (EMD).
